I think we still underrate the sport and the workout as everday practice. Actually, sport is not only healthy and good for mood but it is a good proxy for life in general because successful patterns in sport like constant practice and overcoming yourself is applicable to life also. So, what lesson can we derive from sport? This one.
Russian coah Denis Seminikhin made interesting video about it (youtube in Russian). He himself has interesting biography - in his yearly 20s he moved from Russia to the US, worked there on 3-4 jobs at the same time like by courier, security guard, warehouse worker and after 2 years returned to Russia and started career in management of sport clubs (he was bodybuilder and knew a lot about American gyms). Then he swiched to TV show job and made some own TV programs. Now he is coach and trying to be an actor. He lives in California and Moscow like half year on each location. Overall, he is extraordinal person with interesting bio.
So, in his video he offers to make one profound changing of yourself physically for 3-4 months like started to make 40 km on bicycle everyday and give up carbohydrates from 3 p.m. This changing can be done now and offers a clear receipt. I think that this or somekind of this practice is very good because it can show you that things are changing and can be changed. Disbelief in the impossibility of change, the predetermination of fate seems to me the worst thing that can happen to a person. This barrier deprives a person of a better life and does not reveal her potential, as a result of which society suffers great social losses. Changing your fit can reveal you the possibility to changing other things in life - anyway it demands clear goal, constant practice and courage to change and challenge yourself. That's why changing your body can become a prerequisite for changing your life!
